As media becomes more and more a medium to spread the word of God, we want to grow a production crew both on and off camera, in order to build a team of talented individuals excited, willing, and ready to serve the Lord with the gifts he has given us. We look forward to working with you!
Are you interested in being on-camera for things such as video announcements or occasional on-stage dramas?

Would you like to work behind the scenes and operate our motion cameras, stage lights or live graphics such as playing video announcements & displaying scripture, during a service?
One volunteering position we value assistance in, is monitoring & interacting with our social media account & live chat on behalf of the Friendship Baptist Church's handle, during live streaming services.

These services include Wednesdays Midweek Service from 7:17 PM - 8:30 PM, Sunday's 11:30 AM Service and special services that may request media.
Volunteers interested in photography and graphic design are very much welcomed! We can always use impactful images as the backdrop to a creative design that may be used in our communication outlets such email newsletters, flyers & announcements.

Regular Service Hours

Midweek Service | 7:17 PM - 8:30 PM

We livestream our Wednesday's Midweek Service. If you assist during any given services, we  ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before service begins. If you are new to a position, you should arrive at least 1 hour before service, for a quick tutorial.

Sunday | 8:00 AM & 11:30 AM

8:00 AM service is the best service to train if you're operating cameras or graphics, as we only livestream during 11:30 AM on Sundays. Outside of our Sunday & Midweek Service hours, we occasionally need help for special services, on an as-needed basis. 

CALLING ALL TALENT!

WE ARE CONSISTENTLY BUILDING AN ON-CAMERA & BEHIND THE SCENES MEDIA TEAM.

We are growing the media ministry in a fresh, efficient and edifying direction to serving God, in a creative way. We are announcing our official casting call of the year in search of both on-camera and production crew interest. We’re casting for volunteers in multiple areas, such as assistance in controlling our live cameras, on-camera graphics like choir lyrics, scripture, and nameplates, being in front of the camera for seasonal dramas and video announcements to technical assistance like monitoring, creating or curating our social media accounts, and several other creative positions alike!

If you're also looking for an internship, serving in the media ministry is a great option. We’re simply praying for dependable volunteers who have an interest in the creative industry and want to learn or bring their current skills to Friendship Baptist Church.
